How much does custom software cost?

Small integrations sit at the low end and full custom applications at the high end, depending on complexity. Discovery produces a fixed quote before you commit to the build, so you are not agreeing to an open-ended number.

How long does it take?

Integrations take two to six weeks. Internal tools take six to twelve weeks. Full applications take twelve to twenty-four weeks or more. Discovery gives you a real timeline rather than a guess.

Do I own the code?

Yes, entirely. Your repositories, your infrastructure, full intellectual property transfer on final payment. We do not build on proprietary frameworks that lock you in.

What if I already have a development team?

We work alongside internal teams regularly, as extra capacity, for specialist work, or as technical advisory. Code review of an existing system is a common starting point.

Can you take over software someone else built?

Usually. We start with a code review and an honest assessment. Sometimes the right answer is to keep maintaining it and sometimes it is to rewrite. We tell you which, including when the answer costs us the bigger project.

What happens if the project runs over?

On fixed-scope work, overruns within the agreed specification are ours to absorb. That is the point of fixed pricing. Scope changes are quoted separately and approved in writing before work starts.

Will custom software hurt my SEO?
